The cabinet was unveiled at the IDAL convention in Charleston, S.C.

There is a patent on the dryer. This dryer will cut huge amounts of time on building sample boards. The cabinets can be custom made in 4 to 10 tray sizes. For the home studio, one only needs 4 trays.
As an added bonus you can fit cabinet doors and drawer fronts in the dryer as well!
The inside dimension fits 22 X 28 inch sample boards or smaller.
If you need a custom size, they can do that as well!
You never have to worry about the dryer getting too hot...it's been engineered so the temp stays between 140-170 degrees.
The heater assembly is UL approved as well. They have dried all types of product in the dryer and have never had any cracking or warping of any sample boards!

Steve is making a custom dryer that will hold 12 sample boards for our very own studio!  This dryer has changed the dynamics of classroom teaching by drying finishes in 7 - 10 minutes thus allowing samples to be completed in less time and enabling the completion of more samples!  Now that's what I'm talking about for 2009!

Steve has also dried wood icing(very sensitive) to concrete and plasters.
The reason this unit works so well and quickly is all in the design or the cabinet and constant airflow. These finishes usually take a day to complete.....Tired of holding a hair dryer??

No more having to wait overnight ,for several days to finish samples!
